    Hello, I'm Michael Licciardi, Sales/Business Manager for Germain Acura of Naples.  Originally from Massachusetts I have been a Florida resident for almost 20 years.  I joined the Germain Family of dealerships approximately 16 years ago starting in the sales department of the Toyota dealership.  I attended the JM&A School for the business manager in 1998.  I advanced my career to the finance office at Toyota for 2 years until I was promoted to Sales Manager.  I took a hiatus from the automotive industry and moved on to own my own restaurant.  In May of 2008 I return to Germain working here at the Acura dealership as the Sales/Business Manager.
     
    I believe in the golden rule "treat people like you like to be treated" and have had a lot of success because of it.

    I have a 16 year old son and enjoy cooking, dining out movies and all sports.  I look forward to assisting you with your automotive needs.

    Hi, I'm Miguel Mitchell, Business Manager for Germain Acura of Naples.  Originally from Havana Cuba I have been in Florida for about 10 years.  During my time in Florida I have spent 6 years in the automotive industry spending 2 of those years with Germain.  I began my career at another dealership where I met our General Manager BKE. Bob gave me the opportunity to be in sales which at the time I was like a new kid learning how to walk.  Thanks to his training effort and confidence in me I went from being a Sales Representative to Business Manager, working hard to maintain on my part and everyone around me a professional and pleasant environment for all of our customers.

    I have three boys, 2, 3 and 5 years old (man, I'm a busy dad) and of course a beautiful wife.  I look forward to assisting you and your loved ones in making the easiest and most pleasant purchase decision as well as welcoming you to the Germain Acura Family.

    My name is Norm Johnston. I'm a sales and leasing consultant for Germain Acura in Naples, Fl. I have over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. My first employment was working on the assembly line as a trim repairman for Volkswagen of America in New Stanton, Pa. a job which lasted 10 years, next I sold Infiniti for 3 years, and most important I've spent 16 years of my life selling Acura, a product I'm passionate about. I've been in Naples, Fl. for 22 years with my wife Margot, have 2 sons Ryan and Jerad, and  a grandson, James all living in Pittsburgh, Pa. When I'm not working I enjoy my family, my Sheltie, Sadie, cooking and Pittsburgh Steelers football. I've had highly successful sales performance achieving Silver level status 5 years in a row and pride myself in customer satisfaction.

Away from the dealership if my family doesn't keep me hopping I enjoy playing golf and traveling. I enjoy working for the Germain family and I'm proud to represent the Acura brand.

    Hello, I'm Matthew Nolan, Sales /Leasing Consultant for Germain Acura.  Although I have only been with Germain Acura for a short time, I have over 20 years automotive experience to assist you in your car buying process. 

    When I'm not working, I love the outdoors; golfing, baseball, boating and the beach.  I have two awesome children, Taylor and Cameron that I love to spend time with.

    I am originally from Dover, Delaware but have lived in Florida for 17 years.  I enjoy working for the Germain family and I look forward to working with you on your next vehicle purchase.

    Hello, I'm Tomas Izdonavicius.  Originally from the European country of Lithuania I have resided in Southwest Florida for the past 10 years.  While not working at Germain Acura in the Sales-Department, I enjoy shooting hoops with friends and spending time with my wife and family.

    While I'm new to the car sales industry, I have worked in retail sales for the past several years.  My love of the Acura line is evident by the knowledge I'm able to share with my clients.  I'm often seen taking out one of the new Acura models for a spin on the local roads.
